Brisbane City Hall Main Auditorium will once again be the spectacular venue for the annual QIA St Patrick’s Eve Dinner in 2026. The dinner will be hosted by the Queensland Irish Association on Monday, 16th March 2026 from 6.00pm.
The 2026 Dinner will celebrate 128 years of the tradition maintained by the Queensland Irish Association since its foundation in March 1898. Last year’s event was once again, sold out. Numbers will be limited, so early booking is advised.
The dinner offers great value at $160.
• Five-hour drinks package including Guinness, from 6pm to 11pm.
• A three-course dinner catered by Epicure at Brisbane City Hall.
• Entertainment by the QIA Dancers and the QIA Pipe Band.
• Toast to ‘Australia, Our Nation’ proposed by ABC radio broadcaster Loretta Ryan.
• Distinguished Irish and Australian guests, including the Premier of Queensland.
• Queensland Irish Association Pipe Band performing outside on arrival and on stage.
• QIA Dancers performing on stage.
• Musician Tom Kimmet performing on stage and community singing of Irish songs.
• Brisbane City Hall lit up in green, white and orange, the colours of the Irish flag.
