Three Chances to Win
Members have three chances to win every Thursday night with a Jackpot Draw at 6.00pm, 6.45pm and 7.30pm.
The Jackpot starts at $2,000 and remains the same for each of the three Thursday night draws. If the Jackpot is not won on any of the three draws, it will increase by $100 for the following Thursday night.
Cash Consolation Prizes
Every week, after each of the three draws, a Cash Consolation Prize will be awarded if the Jackpot is not won:

CELEBRATING 50 YEARS OF THE QIA DANCERS
2008 marks the 50 year anniversary of the Queensland Irish Association Dancers. The period 1958 to the present has seen many significant changes in Irish Dancing throughout the world.
The QIA Dancers have certainly been at the forefront of this marvellous evolution, not only here in Queensland and Australia but overseas in Ireland and Brittany where our dancers have performed on behalf of the QIA. They certainly remain an integral part of life within the Club and are great ambassadors for our proud traditions whenever they perform.
As a result of the truly positive response received from Members, past dancers and a large cross section of people involved in Irish Dancing across Queensland and nationally, we are pleased to announce the date for our 50 year celebration is Saturday 25 October at Tara House.
The celebration will commence with an afternoon tea followed by formal proceedings including items from our Dancers and Pipe Band together with contributions from past teachers, adjudicators and people involved in the QIA Dancers attaining 50 years of promoting and teaching Irish Dancing in Queensland.
At the conclusion of the formal segment, “Murphy’s Pigs” will ensure that a great night of dancing, music and Craic continues until late. A small entry fee will be charged to cover expenses. Bar and dining services will be available during the function.
