Tickets for the 114th Annual St Patrick's Eve Dinner will go on sale on Thursday 1st December and are available from the club reception desk or by calling on 3221 5699. First allocation of tickets are for purchase by QIA members only.

When: Friday 16th March 2012
Where: Tara Ballroom, The Irish Club
What Time: 6:15pm arrival for a 6:45 start
How Much: $110 -  includes 2 course meal, beer, wine and softdrink

St. Patrick’s Eve Dinner 2011

This year’s St. Patrick’s Eve Dinner was another great success with guest speakers The Hon. Tony Abbott MHR, Foreign Minister Kevin Rudd and Director of the QLD Institute of Medical Research Prof. Frank Gannon.
Address from the Chief Justice of Queensland Justice Paul De Jersey, Premier Anna Bligh, Rt. Hon Campbell Newman Lord Mayor of Brisbane, Mr. John Paul Langbroek, Arch. John Bathersby, Bishop Jonathon Holland and Rev. Dr. David Pitman were all very well received.
As is always the case representatives from our three armed services and QLD Police were also in attendance.
The necessity to book early was again evident this year as the five hundred plus seats were in fact booked out almost three weeks in advance.   The Management and Staff are to be congratulated on the way this major annual event was conducted.
